La Montaña Gymnasium is a Colombian, private, mixed, bilingual and non-profit school that offers education from Kindergarten to Eleventh. GLM’s academic programs prepare students to meet the ethical, social, cultural, scientific, political, and economic demands of the 21st century in a thoughtful, intelligent, and responsible manner. Our pedagogical model encourages and prepares students to build knowledge, innovate, interact in the cultural, scientific and technological fields with sensitivity and critical thinking. Our curriculum emphasizes the development of competencies, skills and attitudes appropriate for the 21st century, through interdisciplinary perspectives that favor the creation of knowledge rather than its reproduction.
