The US SEC says it is preparing charges against SBF to be filed in court on December 13, separate from the ones leading to his recent arrest in The Bahamas  —  SBF has finally been slapped with criminal charges and will be extradited to the U.S., once there, he will have to face separate charges from the SEC.
