Interruption or Disruption?
Covid is upending everything right now, education included. For some in the edu business, adaptation is an easy, fluid process. This is true on an institutional level too. Though schools might not pivot as quickly as a classroom teacher they can still adapt on the fly to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Once we emerge from the haze of Covid, will schools and teachers return to the status quo as if the pandemic was an interruption ?Or, will individuals and institutions redefine their approach to teaching and learning as a result of the disruptive nature of Covid?
